Investment & Reward Terms

Last updated September 2026

These terms describe the mechanics of holding a position: when it starts, how rewards are worked out, and what happens at maturity.

Product parameters

Each product publishes a minimum and maximum commitment, a term length in days, a projected reward rate, a reward frequency, a risk classification and its early-withdrawal rules. Those published parameters govern the position.

Parameters in force at the moment you accept the terms apply to that position for its full term, even if the product is later changed or withdrawn.

Activation

A position is created in a pending state and activates only when the connected payment provider confirms settlement of the corresponding deposit. Submitting a form does not create value.

If settlement fails or is reversed, the position does not activate and any provisional records are cancelled with a matching ledger entry.

Reward calculation

A scheduled process evaluates each active position once per reward period and applies the product's reward parameters to that period.

Each period is processed exactly once. Reward runs are idempotent, so a repeated or retried run cannot credit the same period twice.

Every credited reward writes an immutable ledger record with its own reference, and your balance is derived from those records.

Fees

Any fee applicable to a product or to a withdrawal is disclosed before you confirm, and is recorded as a separate ledger entry rather than being netted silently.

Maturity

At the end of the term the position is marked matured and the principal, together with any rewards not already credited, is made available in accordance with the product terms.

Early withdrawal

Where a product permits early withdrawal, the published rules determine any reduction applied and the processing time. Where it does not, capital remains committed until maturity.

Referrals

Where a referral programme is enabled it is single-level only, with published reward rules and caps. There is no multi-level, matrix or pyramid-style compensation of any kind.
