Identity verification protects members and supports the operator's anti-money-laundering obligations. Financial functions are enabled only after verification.
Verification requirements
Before deposits, investments or withdrawals are enabled you must confirm your email address and submit your legal name, date of birth, residential address, country and an accepted identity document. A selfie or liveness check may also be required.
Submissions are reviewed by authorised compliance staff and may be approved, rejected, or returned with a request for further information.
Document handling
Identity documents are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Only authorised compliance staff can retrieve them, and each access by an administrator is written to an audit log.
Ongoing monitoring
Account activity is monitored for patterns inconsistent with the stated profile. Additional information, including source of funds, may be requested at any time.
Withdrawals are reviewed before payout, and payouts are directed only to instruments consistent with the verified account holder.
Screening and restrictions
Accounts may be refused, suspended or closed where verification cannot be completed, where sanctions or legal restrictions apply, or where activity indicates fraud or money laundering.
Anonymous accounts and accounts operated on behalf of an undisclosed third party are not permitted.
Reporting and record keeping
The operating entity is responsible for making any report required by its supervisory authority. Where a report is made, applicable law may prohibit disclosing it to the account holder.
