Payouts
Withdrawals, fees and payouts
Payouts are made in Naira to a Nigerian bank account in your own name. Here is exactly what happens between requesting a withdrawal and the money arriving.
Identity verification is required first
You can register, fund your account and invest before verifying, but a withdrawal can only be submitted once your identity documents are approved. Documents are stored privately and reviewed by the compliance team.
Minimum withdrawal is ₦1,000
You can withdraw from your settled balance — completed credits minus completed debits, less anything already reserved by an open request. Amounts still inside a running 7-day cycle are not yet available.
The fee is 2%, with a ₦100 minimum
The fee is calculated and displayed on the withdrawal form before you submit, so you always see the exact amount that will reach your bank. The fee is recorded as its own ledger entry.
Your bank account is confirmed before submission
You pick your bank and enter your 10-digit account number. The account name is returned by the payment provider and filled in for you — you cannot submit a payout to an unconfirmed account.
Every request is reviewed
Requests move through Pending, Under Review, Approved and Processing. If a request is declined, the reason is shown on your dashboard so you know exactly what to correct.
Completion is confirmed by the payout system
A withdrawal is only marked Completed when the transfer is confirmed by the payment provider, and you receive a payout confirmation. Every administrative action is written to the audit log.
Verify early to avoid delays
Verification is done once. Completing it while your cycle is still running means your first withdrawal can be submitted the moment your capital is released.
