Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated September 2026

Investment products are not consumer goods, so this policy explains precisely when funds can be returned and when they are committed.

Before settlement

A deposit that has not yet been confirmed by the payment provider can be cancelled. No position activates and no ledger value is created.

Failed or reversed payments

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is charged back, any provisional records are cancelled and a corresponding ledger entry is written. Reversals are never applied by editing an existing record.

After a position activates

Once a position is active, capital is committed under the product's published terms. It is not refundable on request. Where the product permits early withdrawal, its published rules determine any reduction applied and the timescale.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests move through review before payout. A request is marked complete only when the payout system confirms the transfer. Applicable fees are shown before you submit.

Requests may be declined where verification is incomplete, where the destination instrument does not match the verified account holder, or where a legal restriction applies.

Errors

If a platform error produces an incorrect entry, the correction is made by writing a compensating ledger entry that references the original. The ledger is append-only and existing records are never rewritten.
