Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026

This policy explains what personal data the platform processes, on what basis, and how it is protected.

Data we collect

Account data: name, email address, and authentication metadata such as login history and device or session information.

Verification data: legal name, date of birth, address, country, document type and the identity documents you upload.

Financial activity: deposits, investments, rewards, fees, withdrawals and the resulting ledger records.

Support data: tickets and messages you send, together with any attachments.

Why we process it

To operate your account and provide the products you select; to meet identity-verification, anti-money-laundering and record-keeping obligations; to detect and prevent fraud; and to provide support.

Verification and financial records are processed because they are necessary for the contract and for legal compliance, not for marketing.

How documents are protected

Identity documents are stored in private storage that is not publicly reachable. Access is restricted to authorised compliance staff, and administrative access is written to an audit log.

Member records are isolated at the database level so one account cannot read another account's data.

Sharing

Data is shared with the connected payment provider to process deposits and payouts, and with regulators or law-enforcement bodies where a lawful request requires it.

Personal data is not sold, and it is not shared with advertising networks.

Retention

Financial and verification records are retained for the period required by applicable financial record-keeping law, which typically extends beyond account closure. Other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Requests are handled through the support channel in your account.

Some requests cannot be fully satisfied where retention is legally required — for example, ledger entries that form part of a statutory financial record.

Security

Access controls, row-level data isolation, encrypted transport, session management, optional two-factor authentication and audited administrative actions are used to protect personal data.

This document is provided for transparency about how the platform operates. It is not legal, tax or investment advice. The operating entity is responsible for supplying jurisdiction-specific terms before any live financial activity takes place.
